FEAST OF ST FRANCIS OF ASSISI, PROTECTOR OF ANIMALS (4.10.2018)

I have always loved animals with all of my heart. Just like St Francis of Assisi I have always experienced God’s presence and His creative providential love imprinted in every creature, especially in animals. The love we receive from animals is an image of the love that God has for all of his creatures including animals and humans alike.  On account of God’s loving presence that I have always experience in His creatures I believe that I am bound to love and respect them just as I am bound to love and respect Him, our loving Creator. I firmly believe that we humans are obliged to love and protect all animals. We have no right to pollute water, soil and air or to destroy the forests or cause pain to poor animals. I am so very proud to be a follower of St Francis of Assisi and I thank ACI with all of my heart for SUPPORTING ME and helping me to love and rescue poor poor suffering stray dogs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.  ACI has given me the opportunity to authentically live my Franciscan vocation. THANK YOU ACI!!!!!!!!!!!
